Introduction:
This one-year online postgraduate diploma launched by Gujarat National Law University [GNLU] focuses on a vital aspect of drafting. Drafting of Legislative documents is a process by which the government of the day [be it state or central] converts its policies into legislations. Drafting of legislative documents is an important step in the life cycle of legislation. The quality and accuracy of legislation is only derived from the way it is drafted.

Duration: One Year
Methodology: Online and offline Mode. Contact classes - 2 days physical sessions on campus. The physical sessions would take place at the end of the programme and only during a weekend. Students will be provided with a few options to choose from

Refund Policy
Rules for the refund of fee on the account of Withdrawal/Cancellation of admission
·Admission can be withdrawn by the written application addressed to Dean Extension and Training Department, Gujarat National Law University.
·Application for withdrawal of admission made within the first 30 days of the start of course shall be entitled to full refund of admission fee after the deduction of administrative charges.
·Application for withdrawal of admission made after the first 30 days of the start of the course shall not be entitled to refund of admission fee.
